Eurojackpot Beach

The Eurojackpot project was a big challenge due to fully animated dynamic scenery. Several tools were used to create dynamic trees, water effects and final scenes. Cinema 4D at that time was the fastest solution for animating the trees and the Turbulence plug-in ensured a good looking result on the beach sand. RealFlow was used for the water effects in the background and the final renders were created in Maya. The biggest challenge in the project however was the short deadline of one week.

Limoni NY

The biggest challenge in this project was creating the floating Limoni ribbon which in some shots interacted with the actor. The raw footage was a combination of blue screen shots with and without the ribbon. In most shots the ribbon had to be created entirely and a few shots are a combination of on stage ribbon and CGI. After extensive testing the ribbon was finally created using Maya ncloth. The backgrounds are a combination of fluid clouds and a mate painting.

Spar Quality&Price

The leading concept of this add was a continuous camera rotating in the shopping aisle and trough the shelves. For the shelve fly-trough parts all the shelves and products were created in 3d. The camera had to be tracked and matched on the point of entrance and exit. In some cases the live picture had to be edited or warped, to get a smoother effect.

The sexy commercial was mostly created with clever composition of life material, stock footage and rendered fluid simulations. For fluids RealFlow was used and the compositing was done in Nuke.

Eurojackpot Richman

The Eurojackpot rapper version of the EJ campaign followed the same concept as the beach version. The action is taking part in fully CGI environments from the rappers room which transforms into a mansion hall filled with super cars to a projection mapped dinning room.

A commercial with a bunch of cute animated insects. The "leading" character is a giant mosquito that fell asleep in the wrong place which led to some surprising interaction with the missis.

Generali Lion

This insurance add had three CGI and compositing scenes. The broken windshield was an painted image overlay, tracked and composited. We did the same with the shopping cart scratches. A little more tricky was the hail storm shot where after tracking we had to create a collision model for the car and than made it rain hail using particle dynamics.

A Christmas animated commercial for the Stihl company. The main character is Santa with some unusual tool for his line of work.

Shena

TSS production is behind the head replacement of the main dancer character in this music video of a popular UK singer. We used motion tracking on most shots and roto animation on the ones that did could not be tracked automatically. The dancers head was replaced with a fully rigged 3D model of the disco ball head.

This music video was not intended to have any VFX shots, but the lack of debris at the end of the shoot called for our intervention. So for the last minute and in total over 50 shots we created tons of flying debris and peaces of furniture to make the scene resemble an hurricane site.
